August of 1997 ThruTech
was started with a vision of providing unparalleled
service to an often underserved market, small and medium business.
We believe the secret to our growth lies in two simple pursuits:

of technical expertise and excellence
Technology is our business; our customers and our own livelihood depend
upon us knowing the right answer, often before others know the
question. The fragmented market we successfully compete in differs
from more older, more established professional service markets such as
the practices of accounting and law. There are several savvy firms
in our business, but the fact that you don't need a anything like a JD,
a CPA or any licensure beyond a business license to offer technology
consulting has also allowed some unqualified companies to hold
themselves out as technology experts.
It is the strictest requirement that our technicians and consultants
possess technical sophistication (often demonstrated by degrees and
relevant industry certifications) and a passion for continued learning.

The phrase "customer satisfaction" is often cited as a
business goal or a company's commitment. When we leave a customer
site or hang up the phone with a customer we; however, do NOT find it
very gratifying to know that they were "satisfied" with the service we
provided them.
We find that it is much more rewarding to know that the customer was "delighted"
perhaps "surprised" or even "shocked" by the level of technical
sophistication and professionalism that we've demonstrated.
Of course there are mistakes and miscommunications in even the most well
honed organization; but this doesn't mean that we can't still go home
happily knowing that the customer was delighted by the way we
handled the obstacle and got the project back on course. This is
why we offer a free consultation and have
not seen the need to advertise, give us an opportunity to work for you
